Voting for the final selection of Benue symbols is due to end on Thursday, 30th January, 2025, at 1:00PM.
The Benue state Screening Committee of the State Symbols (Flag, Anthem, and Symbol), had earlier on Tuesday, 28th January, 2025, trimmed down entries to three (3) each for the symbol and flag, the Committee Secretary, Chief Solomon Iorpev said.
For nine days, the committee interrogated entries before arriving at the last three, TNT understands.
Winners will be announced after voting.

Meanwhile, the Anthem subcommittee headed by the Commissioner for Education and Knowledge Management, Rev Dr Frederick Ikyaan, is working to also trim entries to three, Akaha Sule, the commissioner’s media aide says in a statement.
