Date:

Benue State Governor, Fr. Hyacinth Alia, has approved a training programme for 2,000 Benue youth aged between 18 and 40 in sustainable agricultural systems development, TNT reports.

The training, according to a statement by Mr. Donald Aorkwagh Akule, MD/CEO Benue State Agriculture Development Company (ADC), will be held at Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Exclusive for Benue indigenes, youth interested in the training are advised to visit ADC Wadata Silos, 69/71 Bank Road, for data capturing.

“Alternatively, you can send your details (NIN, name, date of birth, phone number, gender, and Local Government Area) to 07067580235,” Mr. Akule stated.

While encouraging young people to take advantage of the “opportunity to enhance” their “skills in agriculture,” Mr. Akule said registration closes on 19th February, 2025.
